Experienced and efficient executives manage 'Semas'. The Chief of the organization himself has got his Soroban training for Master Instructor in Osaka, Japan and to his credit Mr. P.Pushpanathan, Chairman and Principal of Semas represents on behalf of India in the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in its Executive Committee and nominated as PAMA's Indian Chairman. His in-depth training on Brain Gym, International Practitioner Course of Touch for Health and NS-NLP in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia made him to conduct several courses and programmes by inviting innovators and consultants from abroad. The Managing Director and Chief Moderator, Mrs P. Chitra is the recipient of Best Abacus Teacher Award from Taiwan Chamber of Commerce. The students trained under her won Special prizes in the International Abacus and Mental Competition 2004 held at Taiwan.
