Soroban  Sensei (Abacus Instructor):
'SEMAS' imparts training to the Instructors (Sensei) who teaches Abacus education to the children, those admitted in different centre run by the Franchisee in their area. These Instructors (Sensei) are given employment by the Franchisee and their salary is increased according to the increase in the number of students in the Centre.

Sensei (Abacus Instructor) - Basic requirements :

The basic requirements expected from a person to join sensei training is that he / she should have enough skill to communicate in English, good

understanding capacity, patience, politeness and ability to handle the children softly. The nature, talent and capability of the instructor paves way for the increase in the enrollment of students in the Centre.  

International Certification Courses :

SEMAS provides career opportunity to become an International Instructor and Consultant in various categories such as Brain-Gym 101 (BG-101),  Vision Circle, In-depth, Brain Organisation Profile  through the  Educational Kinesiology Foundation, USA.

SEMAS provides career opportunity to become an International Instructor and Consultant in Touch For Health (TFH) through the International Kinesiology College, Switzerland. 

SEMAS provides career opportunity to become an International Trainer in various categories of business management programs in NS-NLP through the Institute of Nero Semantics, Australia.

All the  above Instructor and Consultant  Training courses will be conducted by the exponents from foreign countries
